The greenhouse business is a perfectly balanced blend of work and fun, so a mix of botanicals and libations just seems appropriate. And since our signature plants deserve signature cocktails, we pair up every year with our friends at Rumfish y Vino to design some custom refreshments for our growers.

SCARLET HALO
Ingredients
— 1.5 oz. Elderflower Gin
— 0.75 oz. Lillet Rose
— 0.75 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
— 0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
— 0.5 oz. Aperol
Method
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a single large ice cube. Garnish with Maraschino cherries and a twist of lemon or lime.
